Noelle joined the Association in January of 2023 as Director of Development. Prior to this, Noelle worked at the White House and the Department of Energy serving the Vice President and the Secretary of Energy. Noelle is a native Floridian and graduated from the University of Florida. In December 2022, she completed her Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management from Georgetown University. Noelle and her husband reside in Alexandria, Virginia with their chocolate labrador retriever, Dolly.
