As an entrepreneur, community and national leader in both the business and public sectors, Martha creates innovative approaches to business development and strategic relationship building for new and established companies, foundations and ventures specializing in arts, culture, technology, media, entertainment, safety and security and community relations. Martha was appointed as Policy Advisor for Arts and Culture for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for two terms under Governor Edward G. Rendell. She has served as a trustee of the Philadelphia Museum of Art since 1992, where she was nominated as Chair of the European Painting and Sculpture Committee and Vice Chair of the European Decorative Arts Committee. She received the President’s Volunteer Service Award for her contributions as a philanthropic leader on local, national and international boards. Martha played a key role in founding the Museum of the American Revolution in Philadelphia, where she currently serves as Vice Chair of the Board and Chair of the George Washington Council.
